What do you need help with?

My pharmacy is out, or I don’t know who has it.

A pharmacy needs the exact strength, form, and quantity before it can confirm stock or give a price. You can add them now or later.

Prescription details
Where do I find these on my label?
  • Strength: Next to the medication name, such as “20 mg” or “2 mg/1.5 mL.”
  • Form: Tablet, capsule, pen, inhaler, and so on. It is usually printed after the strength.
  • Release type: Letters after the name, such as ER, XR, XL, or DR. No letters usually means standard release.
  • Quantity: Look for “Qty” or “#” on the label, such as “Qty: 30.”

No label handy? Your pharmacy, your prescriber’s office, or your patient portal can tell you the exact details. You can still start with the name and ZIP.

Use the prescription or medication label. Don’t guess—choose “I’m not sure” instead.
